**Day-to-day duties but not limited to**

Maintain the workshop, keeping it in a clean and tidy condition

Perform general repairs and maintenance on buildings

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Follow safety protocols and procedures in the workshop

Sort and recycle waste where necessary

Maintain outside area of the premises

General maintenance and repair work

**Essential skills and Experience**

Experience in general repairs and maintenance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Demonstrate the ability to produce high quality work

**Personal Circumstances**

Full UK/EU Driving Licence

Eligible to work in the UK

**What we offer**

**Salary**: £10.50

Typical working hours: 08:00 - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

Annual holiday entitlement in any holiday year is 28 days, inclusive of all public holiday entitlement. Following the completion of 5 years’ continuous service, holiday entitlement will increase by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 33 days inclusive of bank holidays.
