The role will be varied and rewarding, you will learn to fillet, portion, skin, pin, scale & clean all sorts of fish, as well as serve customers in our award winning retail store. You will clean as you go at all times to ensure a clean and hygienic working environment.

Main Duties Tuesdays to Fridays 1-5pm, Saturdays 12-4pm:

- Serve customers in our award winning store
- Prepare fish and seafood to customers specifications
- Use your food and culinary knowledge to guide our customers through our selection
- Maintain a clean as you go attitude throughout your day
- Help replenish and restock our shelves
- Take orders over the phone and help prepare incoming online orders

Full uniform and training will be provided.

The Fresh Fish Shop has been serving some of the best seafood in our shores for over 3o years now and has become embedded in the local community. We have won several awards throughout the years and also have a great online store. We supply some of the best retailers in the UK our premium packaged fish range and our level of service is always our main priority.
