Your Role:

  • You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Facilitating the presentation and negotiation of offers, while assisting in the progression and management of sales.
  • Providing a premium service, which includes prospecting for new properties, scheduling viewings, and coordinating additional services like mortgages and conveyancing.
  • While your primary focus will be on generating new business from the office, you will also have opportunities to conduct viewings, which many find to be the most rewarding aspect of the role.
  • If you have a knack for listing properties, occasional valuations will also be part of your responsibilities.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: £22,000 (with guaranteed earnings for the initial months).
  • On Target Earnings: £30,000.
  • Car Allowance: £2,000.
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) – Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00.
  • Additional Benefits: Holiday commission, 33 days of paid holiday, an extra day off for your birthday, pension scheme, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, structured career development, employee assistance program, and covered entry fees for charitable events.
