Senior Specialist, Compensation

**The Job**:
**Your Day-to-Day Role**:
- Compensation Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the industry.
- Analyze salary surveys and benchmarking data to make informed recommendations for salary structures and adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective compensation strategies.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits enrollment, changes, and related inquiries.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our benefits offerings remain compliant and attractive.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee compensation and benefits data.
- Generate regular reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Utilize HRIS tools to streamline data management processes.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with HR business partners to understand the unique needs of different departments and tailor compensation and benefits solutions accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with employees to address queries and provide education on compensation and benefits offerings.
**Your Work Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
