Insurance Placement Executive

**Purpose of the Role**
This exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a growing team and play a key part in identifying placement opportunities to increase partner Insurer penetration, increasing Bravo Network income through partner placement and growth of Gross Written Premium (GWP) with existing Partner Insurers.
**What you will do**
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following:
1. Work with the Business Development Managers (BDMs) and our members (independent insurance brokers) to identify new individual cases and markets to approach.
2. Support the placement of business with Strategic Partner Insurers and wider family markets, assisting members grow GWP with partner markets.
3. Review the success of identification and placement of new business on a monthly basis.
4. Consistently maintain the internal central database of pipeline activity.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with BDMs, Placement Team, Insurer Relations Managers and provide regular feedback to line manager.
6. Produce monthly MI for BDM and Line Manager, identify areas of opportunity and act upon them.
8. Ensure all relevant business activities fully comply with FCA regulation and company Conduct Framework process and promote and embed a TCF culture in all business dealings.
**Qualifications and Experience**
This is an opportunity for a proactive influencer with strong relationship management skills who can communicate effectively whilst planning and organising their time effectively. You will need to be a self motivated and driven individual who works well in a team but can use their initiative and resourcefulness. You will need to have worked in the insurance industry previously and have current and extensive product knowledge in both the personal and commercial lines markets. CII qualifications would be a bonus but we offer plenty of opportunity and support to gain industry qualifications.
