Job Title: Commercial Insurance Business Development Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Business Development Executive to join our team at Divergent Group Ltd. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues promptly
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience with an Acturis system
- Proven track record of business development and account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cert CII qualifications or willingness to complete within 6 months
