**Your key responsibilities**
- Responding to requests from the business for new systems and capabilities, by maintaining close nexus with the Agile organisation delivering against the requirements
- Ensure the organization’s systems are always up-and running and ready to support the business
- Ensure adherence to various group policies, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and score-card requirements for the location
- Responsible for TDI international PB resources in the location

**Your skills and experience**
- Engineering experience with a high degree of business acumen
- Ability to understand the industry and possess knowledge of the various business functions within the organization and understand how the organization operates and how the organisation defines success
- Leadership skills to convince & influence others
- Ability to grasp and quickly respond to a number of market forces, including vendor product offerings, disruptive technology and, increasingly, a customer base that expects to do business across physical and virtual channels.
- Soft skills to help inspire their own staff, their fellow executives, and workers throughout their organizations to help accept the frequent changes brought on by technology innovation and to embrace working in different ways.
