**Required:Mon - Friday 09:00AM - 5:30PM**

**Overview**:
An opportunity to join a well-established Healthcare company based in Sutton. The main focus of this role is to provide a confidential and professional administrative service to the Hospital Director and Director of Clinical Services. You will also assistin the smooth and efficient running of the management offices, by providing support to the Senior Management Team.

**Daily Duties include**:

- Management of meeting documentation, this includes: timely issue of agenda and associated documentation; attending meetings to produce minutes and circulate as appropriate to the meeting.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
- Ensure the effective maintenance of consultant practising privilege documentation in line with Practising Privileges Policy
- Liaise with consultants ahead of expiration of required documents required to retain practising privileges
- Ensure the Executive Director is made aware of the expiration of any documents required to maintain practising privileges including but not limited to professional Indemnity cover and DBS.
- Co-ordinate business meetings/functions both internal/external to the hospital
- Make travel/hotel arrangements as requested by the SMT
