Onboarding Co-ordinator

**Onboarding Coordinator | Sutton Coldfield | Temp to Perm| £11.41 per hour (£22,250 pa)**

We are recruiting a Coordinator to assist in communicating with Consultants and Nurses to on-board and ensure maintained compliance.

You will join a leading organisation based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield. Our client is a highly successful and expanding organisation. This is a varied and interesting role encompassing the following responsibilities:
**You will**:

- Liaise with Consultants, Nurses and AHPs to guide through the on-boarding process.
- Track the compliance documentation on the in-house CRM system.
- Obtain references and check suitability for position applied for.
- Continuously strives for performance improvement and works with the Management team to introduce on-boarding and compliance developments.

- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both externally and internally
- Customer service focused.
- Able to balance and prioritise workloads, understanding the need for urgency.
- Reassuring telephone manner, compassionate and aware of patient welfare.
- Able to support and motivate staff.
- NHS / healthcare background, customer service role
- Organised and efficient, action oriented.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to talk to people on all levels
- Motivated and proactive.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

The hours are Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm, or 8.30am - 4.30pm 37.5 hours per week.

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.41 per hour
