Adecco Recruitment are currently seeking multiple Motor Claims Triage Handlers to join one of our prestigious clients based in Norwich. These are temporary positions for initially 3 months with the possibility of extension or progression. You will be required to work on site in Norwich, Monday to Friday, 09.00am - 17.00pm.

**Rate**: £12 per hour

**Our client is looking to hold a group Interview for successful applicants on one of the following dates; 14th November or 15th November. These will be approx 2 hours, 10.00am - 12.00pm.**

**Duties**
- These roles are similar to a switchboard - You will direct the calls to the correct area of the business to enhance the customer experience and save customers bouncing around the system and reduce call demand into the fulfilment team.
- The calls are an average of 2 mins
- There will be a set of questions (tool) to direct the calls - this tool is being built and will tell you which demand is directed to which route.
- You will also be required to demand capture so the call data can be analysed.

**Essential**
- Must have excellent communication skills/customer service skills
- Empathy and the ability to utilise the system.
- IT Literate
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
