Operations Administrator

Operations Administrator required for our client based in Birstall.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Provide office support to the employees and clients.
- Keeping well-organised files and records in the office as well as electronically.
- Answer the phone and transfer to the relevant department and make outbound calls.
- Book and manage training requirements.
- Daily use of Microsoft Office and other IT packages.
- Processing and recording of timesheet data to support both payroll and project costs allocation
- Administration of purchase orders and invoices in line with RSK purchasing policies
- Support job planning and activity recording
- Various ad hoc office administrative activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible attitude and approach
- Team player and able to work on own initiative
- Good IT skills, accurate data entry
Hours of work - 8:30 - 17:00
