With a focus on adding new value to all business areas by helping them make data-driven decisions and understand what is driving commercial performance - it’s our job to make sure the right tools, processes, governance and ways of working are in place to support this. Expectations within the business are constantly evolving, and we are required to adapt to this within our role and responsibilities.

The Process Management Team, within the Business Service Centre Purchase to Pay department, primarily focusing on processing GNFR invoices sent from suppliers and raising adjustments on supplier’s accounts which have been received by the business. Also, assisting on various other processes and queries related to the team’s role whilst adhering to payment performance requirements.

You will also take the lead in driving performance and standards, working to designated time frames, actively driving efficiency and value within a robust and controlled environment.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Keying various types invoices, adjustments and payments
- Collaborating with key business partners and vendors in resolving queries
- Support and maintain Pro VAT mailbox
- Supporting the Team and the Business with other ad hoc requests and tasks
- Solid understanding of end-to-end process of accounts payable process

**Key Skills**:

- Experience of using SAP ECC
- Previous experience of keying invoices
- Attention to detail/accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong teammate but also able to work individually.
