Skilled Labourer with **CSCS & OWN CAR** needed to start asap on a temp - perm contract for a building contractor based in Manchester.

Our client is a maintenance and building contractor who is based in Manchester and does work between Manchester and Liverpool, they require a skilled labourer who has skills in Labouring, bricklaying, groundworks and other building knowledge.

you will need your own vehicle to travel to jobs but will be paid milage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various skilled labour tasks on construction sites
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of work areas
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a skilled labourer in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tool
- CSCS Card
- Own vehicle
- Basic knowledge of construction and other building skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks

This position offers a temp to perm contract with an hourly rate of £15-£16ph depending on experience

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
