This is a new post with a job plan that is flexible to meet the needs of the service and will be tailored to the individuals interest and training requirements. The balance of sessions between Ashford & St. Peters is flexible. The job plan will be reviewed annually and tailored towards training needs and continuous development.

Teaching and training will require verification of teaching certification. Study leave may be granted at the discretion of the clinical director. This will include a tailored management programme, including mock consultant interview. The department is active in audit, and you will be actively involved as part of your development.

Office accommodation and secretarial support is provided The post holder undertakes, exceptionally, to perform additional duties in occasional emergencies and unforeseen circumstances
