Topmarx complete Building and Refurbishment projects for a range of public and private clients throughout Central Southern England and the Isle of Wight. Topmarx specialise in the reinstatement and restoration of residential and commercial properties after Fire, Flood, Escape of Water, Subsidence and all other disasters.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator/Claim Handler to work at our Wickham Office.
Duties to include:
Maintaining database records and reports
Working in small teams, project managing claims from inception to completion
Organising Subcontractors and Tradesmen
Other general admin duties
Monday to Friday 8-5
You will need to have the following:
Experience in Microsoft office
Excellent telephone manner
Understanding great customer service
A proactive, calm and reliable nature
Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team
In return we offer a competitive salary, 20 increasing to 25 days annual leave + 8 Bank holidays, contributory pension and private health care.
Claims experience is not essential. What we are looking for is a confident and enthusiastic manner combined with a willingness to learn and positive attitude
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
