HR Communications Specialist

Sony Europe has an opportunity for a Communications Specialist, Human Resources located in Weybridge, UK. This is for a 1-year plus, fixed term parental cover through November 2024.

In this role, you will have responsibility of recruitment marketing and internal HR communications. You will help craft Sony Europe's employment brand and optimally communicate our values, culture, and opportunities to attract top talent.

You will:
- Build and distribute regular communications to employees, keeping them informed about company news, initiatives, and events- Develop creative content for internal platforms such as intranet, newsletters, and digital signage- Ensure consistent and timely messaging across all internal communication channels-
- Build compelling and engaging content for various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks- Research industry trends and implement methodologies to stay ahead of the competition- Ensure content and messages are inclusive and reflect the differing nationalities and cultures within Sony Europe-
- Collaborate with HR and the marketing team to align employment branding with overall interpersonal branding- Build and update branding materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote and engage with our target audience

You will bring:
- Proven experience in marketing, employer branding, and internal communications- Strong written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail- Proficiency in content creation and management for various platforms (websites, social media, etc.)- Demonstrated creativity and a strategic approach in developing communications plans and campaigns- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- Experience in graphic design and proficiency with relevant software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
