  • Supporting the wider HR team to deliver the annual workforce planning and costing process
  • Supporting the delivery of regular monthly reports and analytics
  • Delivering analytics reports for ad-hoc queries that arise on a regular basis (e.g. diversity trends in a particular area of the business, leavers hot spots etc.)
  • Data cleansing to ensure the accuracy of the data in Workday

What you'll need to succeedKey skills

  • Experience working with Workday from a data reporting perspective (essential)
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data
  • Experience with using PowerPoint for data presentations and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong levels of ability to interpret HR data
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to understand their requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in HR administration, data management, or HR analytics
