Job Summary:
ISS Facility Services is undergoing a transformative project to upgrade its HR technology landscape. We are seeking a skilled Technical HR Systems Specialist to support the implementation of our new HR system and ensure its smooth operation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of our new HR system, including project management and technical administration activities.
- Provide technical and end-user support for the People Systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Carry out system administration activities, including producing and maintaining related process documentation.
- Monitor and manage integrations between the People, Payroll, Workforce Management, and other systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT General controls and data security standards.
- Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders, including the People & Culture (HR) department, ISS UK IT Team, ISS Group System support teams, and external system providers.
Requirements:
- Strong background in technical administration and experience with HR systems.
- Knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
- Understanding of GDPR and Data Governance policies and standards.
- Experience with HR IS solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
- Knowledge of case management tools, document management solutions, and reporting and data extraction tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and contribute to a transformative project.
