**Premises Officer, Temp to Perm (12 Weeks) 37 Hours Per Week over a Split Shift. Grade 4: 21,575 - 21,968. ASAP.**

The applicant will have a keen interest in all aspects of building management, maintenance, DIY, caretaking and gardening skills together with an ability to supervise and work alongside cleaning staff.

**Roles and responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring that the school environment is maintained to a satisfactory standard and that

compliance and mandatory checks are routinely carried out.
- Deliver a quality service in a school where all staff strive for high standards.
- Provide support to other Centres when required. Mileage between sites will be paid.

**You will have**:

- Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent.
- Experience in ICT software, particularly Office 365.
- Experience in similar working environment.
- Have a patient and flexible can-do attitude.
- Be well organised and highly motivated.
- The ability to work in a team and on own initiative.

The applicant must have a Child Enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to obtain one.
