Senior Surveyor to Senior Associate

The Team & Focus of the Role
We’re have an extremely exciting opportunity to come and join our expanding Telecoms team. It’s a great chance to join an expanding department of Fisher German, where you’ll have the ability to be responsible for your own clients & workload, so we’re looking for an ambitious, self-starter who thrives on creating great, long lasting client relationships.
Although various backgrounds can and will be considered, an in-depth knowledge of the ECC (Electronic Communications Code) and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 is essential as well as being able to advise our clients on a wide range of professional work including site relocations, lease renewals and portfolio management.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours), based from our Banbury office. We currently operate a hybrid working policy and are happy to discuss flexible working options.

Duties will include:
- All areas of transactional advisory work including site negotiation, lease renewals, rent reviews, site access, portfolio management etc.
- Advising clients on the implications of the ECC & how matters should be dealt with in line with the code
- Working with clients on the temporary or permanent relocation and/or removal of telecoms equipment from land or buildings
- Working with the wider business to work on cross divisional opportunities
- Ideally MRICS qualified
- Proven track record of working in the telecoms industry (either operator or landlord side)
- Working knowledge of the ECC & Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- An ability to deal with own caseload with mínimal supervision
- Great team player
- High attention to detail
- Ability to proactively identify new opportunities
- Strong communication both internally and externally
