We are looking for passionate and driven people who want to join our Oxfordshire-based team to work within the local community. You will work as part of a team of passionate health coaches and advisors as we launch a brand-new community outreach NHS Health Checks service across Oxfordshire.

You will deliver comprehensive NHS Health Checks to members of the public aged 40-74 years to provide a detailed assessment of their current state of health and to refer them and signpost them to relevant services to improve their health and wellbeing post check. You will deliver checks in community venues and workplaces. This role will work to agreed targets and objectives as part of the team to ensure that the service delivers what it needs. The role is ideally suited to people with strong communication skills and those who are really passionate about making a difference to peoples lives on a daily basis.
