**Retentions Advisor**

**Salary £25,000 OTE £50,000**

**Based in Chorley**

Monday - Thursday 08:45am to 17:30pm, Friday 17.00 finish.

Plus one in every four consecutive Saturdays 08:50 to 14:00pm Role Summary You will be responsible to handle customer enquiries for insurance quotations.

These enquiries are inbound calls and outbound to internet enquires or to previous clients who had a policy or quotation previously. You are responsible for bringing in new business and renewing existing client’s policies.

You must be self-motivated, who thrives on sales by supporting the company to achieve its targets in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with both inbound & outbound calls
- Assisting current clients with queries on policy or quotation
- Producing sales quotations
- Processing client renewals
