Synergy Carers are supporting local providers due to unforseen pressures in the care sector. We are recruiting a Mental Health **Support Worker** to provider essential Care and Support to Gentleman in a support living home.

We are looking for Experienced Support worker to work in and around Plymouth and to start work as soon as possible and have access to a car and also a DBS which is enhanced.

**MUST BE A CAR DRIVER AS THEY HAVE VEHICLE TO DRIVE SERVICE USERS TO APPOINTMENTS AND SOCIAL EVENTS**

Initially this opportunity will be on a structured agency basis with structured and agreed hours; however, there is a great prospect for this to evolve into something longer term.
