Male Enabling Support Worker

Yourway support services are based in Plymouth and have been passionately supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, early-stage dementia, and mental health for 12 years. We support incredible people with a great team.

- Participate in society and achieving their goals
- Choose the support they want and staff they need
We are looking for positive, compassionate and caring support workers to join the Yourway Family. Experience is desirable but not essential.
As a Support Worker for the individuals that we support, you will be responsible and involved in their everyday life, making sure that they are fully involved when it comes to receiving their support.
**Shift Pattern**
**Weekdays 9am-4pm / 3pm-10pm**
**Weekends 9-4/3pm-10pm**
**Sleep in shifts required**
