- YOUR ROLEOur Operation in Swindon is looking for a Warehouse Controller, where you will manage warehouse functions ensuring that operational activities are smooth and efficient, along with making sure we need and exceed customer expectations.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Reporting into the Senior Warehouse Controller, you will lead a small team of warehousing colleagues and you will provide management control through effective planning, organisation and communication to ensure all KPI’s and service levels are achieved. You will take accountability for the general people management on shift whilst implementing and embedding a culture of employee engagement and drive operational excellence to keep your team motivated and focused to perform all activities. You will take responsibility of maintaining absenteeism and lateness record and ensuring that all colleagues are fully trained.- You will build an excellent working relationship with the customer and internal stakeholders ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest standard.- This is a Monday to Friday role, where you will need to commit to 05:30 to 14:00 - Monday to Thursday and 05:30 to 13:00 on week 1, followed by 13:30 to 22:00 Monday to Thursday and 13:30 to 21:00 on Friday the next week. You will also be able to work some Saturdays if required.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?-
