Our client has developed an expert team and a wide range of services and are now in a position to expand their workforce.

As such, our client is now looking to recruit a confident, proactive and efficient person to join their team as an Office Assistant.

**About the job**

The role itself is a varied one, where you will be providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

**Key Objectives of the Role**:

- Effective in building, strengthening and maintaining client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- General office administration
- Meeting and greeting new and existing customers
- Creating invoices and quotations
- Develop a thorough understanding of products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- The ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to demonstrate the delivery of high levels of customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team

Monday-Friday
