Due to continued growth and recent new contracts, our client are looking to add to their already brilliant team and recruit an Communications and Engagement Executive.

As a company, they specialise in delivering services in Social housing, FM AND Commercial Industries across the UK and Ireland. Their long-term key contracts are delivered on behalf of the numerous housing associations, Translink and new contracts covering areas across

They have a superb opportunity for an experienced Communications and Engagement graduate with 1 - 2 years’ experience to generate awareness of the brand and implement internal and external communications and their social responsibility programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Website management and content creation
- To design and deliver the thought leadership campaign
- To design and co-ordinate their Social Value programme, as well as meeting their contractual obligations, to ensure it is designed to reflect the company (working in partnership with HR) by engaging with external parties such as social enterprises, training providers and colleges to achieve meaningful outcomes that maximise Social Value and reporting on their monthly progress for our clients
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, partners and external agencies such as charities, social enterprises and volunteer groups
- Copywriting for various communications e.g. newsletters, social media posts, and their website
- Design, deliver and reporting of recruitment campaigns (working in partnership with the HR team)
- Production of their bi-annual Employee Newsletter
- Delivery of marketing content to accompany / promote internal company schemes e.g. training programmes
- To coordinate and attend company events
- To create reports and collate data for SMT meetings
- Maintaining records of images for use in communications and ensure these are used in accordance with GDPR requirements
- Driving employee engagement
- Engaging across the business to identify good news stories and obtaining information required to support the role

**Person Specification**

**Skills and experience**:

- Marketing or Communications degree (or equivalent) and preferably 1 -2 years’ experience
- Excellent organisation skills to manage simultaneous tasks
- Commitment to further training and upskilling
- Knowledge and experience of website CMS systems
- Knowledge of social media platforms and relevancy
- Solid and proficient copy writing skills with proficient written English
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience producing monthly reports (internal and external)
- Experience of designing campaigns to deliver internal and external engagement
- Knowledge/experience of award and conference delivery
- Digital design skills to produce eye catching content for social media and their employee newsletter
- Proven ability in content creation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Canva, basic video editing.

**Desirable**:

- Experience publishing press releases and liaison with news agencies
- Experience within Mechanical, Electrical, Renewables, Building, or Construction sectors.
