Marketing and Communications Senior Executive

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the development and management of marketing activities, plans and budgets.
- Support the Chief Marketing Officers with client projects and engagements and build strong relationships with company stakeholders.
- Manage all digital marketing platforms and channels - building campaigns on a marketing automation platform, updating and optimising the company website and developing and implementing SEO strategies.
- Oversee the ongoing development of our website, working closely with our third-party web development team on projects, CRO initiatives and user journey enhancements.
- Manage Social Media to ensure alignment with marketing strategy and leverage social media to identify and acquire customers.
- Customer Communication: Develop and implement engagement strategies for clear and timely communication with participants.
- Establish support systems to address inquiries and gather feedback, ensuring a personalised training experience.
- Project Management for Training Programmes: Create and manage comprehensive timelines for training programmes, coordinating resources efficiently.
- Implement project management tools to track performance, identify risks, and ensure successful programme delivery..
- Demonstrate excellent administration skills to streamline processes and workflows.
- Maintain organised records and documentation related to marketing and communications activities.

**Minimum (essential) Requirements**
- Substantial experience (3-5 years) in marketing, with clear evidence of success in prior roles.
- Experience in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business results and meet objectives.
- Demonstrable experience of running an engaging digital marketing or communications campaign to reach defined target groups using a range of content, platforms and tools.
- Good understanding and experience of CRM and marketing automation.
- Extensive literacy in the digital world with the aptitude to learn new tools, software and techniques quickly and intuitively.
- Ability to cultivate ideas, utilising creative writing while holding to branding and messaging direction and strategy.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and creative flair.
- A confident communicator who’s able to build strong relationships and think commercially.
- Prior experience managing regular tasks and projects - someone with exceptional organisational skills as well as the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and develop, as well as to contribute new ideas.
- Ability to be proactive, take initiative and work independently, with the capacity to adapt and be flexible.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for solving problems and improving processes.
