- This is an exciting time to join Queen’s as we embark on the next phase of our development as a university. Within DARO we will develop new and innovative opportunities to engage our alumni with purpose in the work of the University.- To help achieve our ambitions we are seeking to enhance our Alumni Engagement Team by recruiting a permanent Alumni Officer (Engagement).**About the Role**: You will play an integral role within the Development and Alumni Relations Office and be responsible for establishing and building meaningful relationships with alumni to encourage them to maintain/renew their links with the University, with a particular focus on support to Convocation and Alumni Associations and the development of ‘strategic volunteers’.**About You**: You will be an excellent communicator with experience of building effective relationships at all levels, thriving in a team working environment. You will have previous experience in customer relationship marketing / communications or managing supporter engagement programmes with excellent IT, analytic and problem-solving skills.- A primary degree or equivalent and 2 years’ relevant experience in customer relationship marketing /communications or managing supporter engagement programmes. OR significant relevant experience in customer relationship marketing/communications or managing supporter engagement programmes.
