- **The Role**:_

To provide all aspects of our final delivery and ensure the quality of our product across all our facilities.

You will take responsibility and use your initiative to ensure the smooth running of finishing and mastering services throughout the company.

Provide support and assistance to online departments and our clients to ensure that the best possible practices are followed and that all of the broadcaster’s technical standards are met throughout the pipeline.

The skillset also takes in support tasks such as QC, conforms and pre-grades along with expertly dealing with high end mastering and deliverables. This role is primarily focused on the critical path workflows of getting content finished, mastered and delivered to domestic & international Broadcasters and Platforms.
- An understanding of television production and post-production workflow, particularly advanced colour, VFX and finishing & mastering workflows
- A highly diligent approach to work is essential due to the technical nature and importance of the data handled by this department
- Strong problem solving skills
- Professional and courteous communication are a must as the role will have elements of dealing with both internal and external clients
- An ability to understand complex production and post-production workflows
- A strong understanding of codecs, rasters, formats and HETV colour pipelines. A working knowledge of the ACES colour pipeline is preferred
- Analytical with the ability to review situations and formulate pragmatic and sensible solutions to a variety of issues
- Effective project management skills are essential
- A flexibility around hours and shifting given the nature of the work and the clients need to meet broadcaster’s deadlines.
