**Job Title: Project Lead (Work, Learn and Transition)**

**Reports to: Deputy Programme Manager**

**Terms of Employment: Fixed Term - Full Time**

**Salary Banding: Band G - £28,450.52 to £31,082.79**

**Key Purpose**:
Health Education England, Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board and East Coast College are working in collaboration to pilot a new workforce programme that integrates and connects across all parts of the Health and Social care system.

By working in collaboration with key stakeholders and supporting people to learn and develop new skills, this innovative programme will tackle key health and social care workforce issues like recruitment, retention and staff development.

In this role you will support the delivery and coordination of our Work and Learn and Transition projects. Working flexibly across both projects and service priorities, you will be instrumental in delivering and coordinating a comprehensive package of learning and development programmes to develop students, adults and staff to be the best they can be at their job and help them realise career aspirations within the Health and Social Care Sector.

The work will also involve giving support and direction to the team tasked with delivery of this work and by supporting the delivery of training sessions on a bespoke basis.

**This role is fixed term appointment until 31 May 2025.**

**Apollo**

By working creatively and collaboratively, this innovative workforce programme will make a positive contribution to tackling key staffing issues like recruitment, retention and training faced by the Health and Social care sector

**All positions will be for a fixed-term contract until 31st May 2025.**

The project is supported by Health Education England and will be delivered by the Further Education colleges in Suffolk and Norfolk.
