Head of Projects & Operations
Are you a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in senior delivery roles within offshore construction?
Do you possess a deep understanding of EPCIC contracts and thrive in developing and implementing business strategies?
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the pivotal role of Head of Projects and Operations in a rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of business strategies, including business development and strategic direction.

Manage the technical aspects of tenders, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Mentor and lead managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services.

Oversee contract management for offshore construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and legal guidelines.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve project milestones.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in senior delivery roles within offshore construction.

Strong working knowledge of EPCIC contracts and industry regulations.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.

Advanced leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
