Are you a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in senior delivery roles within offshore construction?

Do you possess a deep understanding of EPCIC contracts and thrive in developing and implementing business strategies?

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the pivotal role of Head of Projects and Operations in a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of business strategies, including business development and strategic direction.
  • Manage the technical aspects of tenders, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and lead managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Oversee contract management for offshore construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve project milestones.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior delivery roles within offshore construction.
  • Strong working knowledge of EPCIC contracts and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Advanced leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
