**Role**: Senior Children Residential Support Worker

**Responsibilities**:As a Senior Children Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the team to provide high-quality care for children and young people in a residential setting. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Leadership**: Lead and guide a team of support workers, ensuring a collaborative and positive working environment.
- **Care Excellence**: Oversee and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support for children and young people.
- **Training and Development**: Provide mentorship and support to junior staff, fostering their growth and development.
- **Challenges and Solutions**: Address challenges effectively, offering innovative solutions for the benefit of the children and the team.
- **Collaborative Approach**: Work closely with other senior staff to ensure the smooth operation of the residential setting.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within a residential childcare setting.
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Dedication and resilience to excel in a dynamic and challenging environment.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
