Fantastic opportunity for an organised Operations Coordinator to join this creative production department
**The company**
This full service events and comms agency work with well known global brands, predominantly in the automotive, technology and oil & gas sectors, to deliver a range of events and experiences. From large scale exhibitions for 1000's to incentive programmes through to product launches these events come with logístically complex elements and are delivered worldwide in some fantastic destinations.
**The role**
This role will work closely with key senior department heads to support the smooth running of the creative production team spanning film, content, design and creative. Working with the team to ensure smooth workflow management and highlighting any pinch points, as well as the allocation of all new briefs into the department. Contracting and planning freelance resource is also part of the role with some input into client meetings.
**About you**
You will be highly organised, an excellent communicator and have the desire to want to work within a busy creative department. Experience in resource planning, working with freelancers and dealing with workflows ideally in a creative environment would be an added advantage. Previous administrative and systems experience is required.
