Having gone through significant modernisation in all aspects of the business, we are now seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join the busy warehouse team and ensure the success of the past is continued into future generations.

**The Role**

Based in the Birmingham head office and working in a fast paced, friendly environment with a flexible approach to the working day - you will find FP offers a great place to work.

With a committed, knowledgeable team, many having been with the company for 15+ years, you will be supported in your role and hopefully build some friends for life in your colleagues.

We source and supply a diverse range of products including PPE, Tooling, Consumables, Chemicals, Lifting Equipment, Janitorial, Maintenance, Measuring Equipment, Power Tools, Workwear, Welding Equipment and many more.

You will be a key member of the team, playing a vital role in ensuring goods inwards processes are followed and goods are moved quickly through the building and out to customers.

You will represent us and the brand we are building. You play a significant role in creating a positive impression to our suppliers and customers through your high quality of work.

Day to Day duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Goods receipt (opening / checking boxes and pallets of goods)
- Picking stock using our bespoke iOS / iPad app
- Checking picked goods prior to despatch
- Packaging goods for despatch
- Confirmation of despatch / barcode scanning
- Loading delivery vehicles
- Stock takes
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse
- Possible fork lift truck driving (license desirable but not essential)
- Possible customer deliveries in support of drivers (driving license desirable but not essential)
- Other general warehouse duties

**You**

You will be an excellent communicator, confident, driven and a logical thinker. Analytical, collaborative and calm under pressure. A great multi-tasker who will often be juggling multiple jobs in tandem.

Experience of the industries we work in and the products we supply would be a plus but is not essential as you will be a quick learner who can take in the extensive knowledge of the team you will be working with.

You will:

- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be able to react quickly and multi-task
- Work well within a team
- Have excellent time management skills
- Be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Warehouse Admin: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
