Commercial Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join their team in Hull.
**The Role**
Commercial Coordinator to join the Commercial Team at the UK office in Hull. Reporting to Commercial Manager. The Commercial Team provide first impressions of the business.
**Key Accountabilities**
Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients/suppliers.
Efficient communications between operations and customers.
With excellent customer service skills, ensuring quotations are provided to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensuring maintenance of commercial internal records.
Ensuring customer feedback is recorded/reported appropriately.
Ensuring accurate maintenance of supplier database.
Ability to prioritise enquiries and workload.
Promoting the business and its activities in a professional manner.
Experience in a Commercial role preferred, within the transport, shipping, or logistics sector.
A good understanding of sector terminology.
Be able to develop exceptional service levels towards customers.
Applicants must be well organised with excellent communication skills at all levels.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Maths and English qualification to a good standard.
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

- A Commercial Role: 2 years (required)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
