**Position: SMT Operative**

**Date Rate**:£10.45 - £12.00 per hour**

**Location: Loughborough**

**Hours: 37.5 hours per week**

Proactive are currently recruiting for a skilled SMT Set-up Operative in Loughborough to start work immediately.

This is an exciting opportunity position working for a market leader in the design and manufacture of high performance electronic components. You will be working as part of a wider team delivering projects to meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out maintenance on all SMT machines
- To set up and perform changeover tasks on the SMT line in accordance with specification and business objectives
- Clear communication with other colleagues
- Supporting colleagues with SMT activities when required
- Completing all required documentations as required, including paperwork and information recorded on computers.

**Skills**
- Great attention to detail
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Motivated to ensure excellent quality standards
- Correct use of tools and equipment
