We are looking for an Internal Support Advisor on a contract basis for 6 months. This is an exciting opportunityfor someone with previous experience of working within an administration support role who has excellent attention to detail. **Internal Support Advisor Responsibilities**:

- The distribution of all incoming post collate and log all outgoing post for collection
- To deal with all tasks assigned to the reception box in CRM. DD Mandate requests and Copy contract requests
- To provide SOX evidence for Internal Auditors once a month.
- Update and send the incoming Supplier Switch Notice to relevant supplier upon receipt from customer
- Logging outgoing SSN1’s in CRM & spreadsheet and assigning to pre terms

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm
