EVH Grade: 4 (Points 9-12) £23,362 to £26,419

Cloch Housing Association are a forward thinking and progressive Housing Association based in Inverclyde with a housing stock of over 1400 properties. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible services where innovation, flexibility and positive communication is key in our approach.

There will also be a requirement to help administer our compliance information including Gas Safety, Electrical Safety and general Health & Safety related issues. Previous experience is not essential as on-the-job training will be combined with training towards a recognised industry award.

Our Property Services Team are looking for an individual who is:

- Excellent with customers
- Very competent on Microsoft Office products
- Great communicator
- Has an ability to be organised in a busy environment
- Keen to learn and complete training courses relating to Property Management in Housing as well as other relevant Housing matters.
- Be keen to work as part of the team that delivers a Reactive and Planned Maintenance for our tenants and customers.
