We have an exciting opportunity for an** Administrative Team Leader **to join our **Radiology **team based in **Hemel Hempstead. **You will join us on a **full-time permanent** basis, and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary in the range of £29,000.00-£33,000.00 DOE plus benefits.**

**About the role**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supervising and coordinating administrative operations within a team or department.
- Overseeing daily administrative tasks, guiding team members, and ensuring efficient office operations.

**About you**
- NVQ Level 4 in business administration or equivalent qualification / experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with leadership or supervisory experience
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
