**The Role**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Processing high volume of product orders/back orders
- Supporting the sales for with general operations to help reach the teams objectives
- Taking phone calls from customers
- Liaising with customers regarding order status.
- Checking stock availability on ERP system (Microsoft Navision)
- To generate relevant picking & packing documentation for orders
- Developing good product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and features
- To up-sell new products

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be details oriented
- Ability to work closely with and support the sales support team
- Excellent customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
