Warehouse Administrator

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic job opportunity for the position of Warehouse Administrator at our clients global FMCG company, based in Greenford.

Role Details:

- Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break
- Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 per annum
- Start Date: August 2023 (ASAP)

Duties and Tasks:
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the warehouse operations. Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Timely receipt and dispatch of stock orders, maintaining accurate records
- Performing delivery processing and courier bookings
- Supporting the warehouse team with warehouse ops during busy/seasonal periods or when staff are on holiday
- Ensuring accurate stock goods receipt in the SAP system (all training provided)
- Stock control and ordering to support business requests
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and record keeping in line with warehouse practices
- Adhering to compliance with Health & Safety requirements in all aspects of the warehousing operation

- Excellent time management skills
- Great communication and teamwork abilities
- A dedicated work ethic to meet objectives efficiently

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency with Outlook and Excel
- Understanding of good warehousing practices
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve objectives
- SAP/WMS experience is desirable
