Think Accountancy and Finance are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits specialist for a client based in Greenford.

This is a 12 month contract role to provide monthly payroll and benefits administration service for 6 UK payrolls.

This is a key role in the business to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time as well as overseeing all HMRC annual returns and payments are on time as well as benefit deductions being effectively managed, administered and reconciled.

Key role responsibilities include:

- Monthly payroll and benefit administration for over 1500 employees across 6 payrolls.
- Ensuring compliance with the latest relevant legislations
- Resolve payroll and benefit deduction administration queries
- Support the audit
- Manage relationship with ADP and benefit providers
- Support HR team with projects
- Process and input all payroll data
- Year end processes including P11D, P14 and P60
- Production of timely management reports
- Archiving and filing

Role requirements include:

- Understanding of HR policies
- Knowledge of key payroll legislation
- Knowledge of payroll end to end
- Experience of pay reviews and bonuses
- Produce and distribute payslips, P45 and P60s.
- Experience of payroll year end
- Benefits experience including pensions
- ADP experience

This role is a 12 month contract so they are looking for someone on short notice to start ASAP.

The role will be office based 3 days a week Monday - Wednesday. With some additional days as required.
