We are seeking a skilled and dedicated PR Outreach Executive to collaborate closely with our Link Building Manager and support our link building and outreach efforts across all IAS brands.

As a PR Outreach Executive, your main objective is to develop and execute effective PR outreach campaigns to secure valuable media coverage, brand mentions, and collaboration opportunities. You will work in coordination with the Link Building Manager and other stakeholders to enhance our link building strategy and maximize brand exposure.

Main Tasks

As our PR Outreach Executive, you will:

- Collaborate with the Link Building Manager to align PR outreach efforts with the overall link building strategy.
- Develop and implement PR outreach campaigns to secure media coverage, brand mentions, and collaboration opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other relevant contacts in the industry.
- Identify and leverage PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Assist in crafting compelling press releases, pitches, and other PR materials.
- Monitor media coverage and track the impact of PR outreach efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, news, and emerging PR strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Link Building Manager and senior management.
- Perform any other tasks reasonably expected to support the business in achieving its goals.

Essential Skills and Attributes Required:

- Proven experience in PR outreach.
- Strong understanding of PR and media landscapes, including knowledge of journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets relevant to our industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches, press releases, and other PR materials.
- Relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain contacts for ongoing collaborations.
- Familiarity with SEO and link building concepts to ensure PR efforts align with broader marketing goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate the effectiveness of PR outreach campaigns.
- Proficiency in using PR and media monitoring tools/software.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, while also being a collaborative team player.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
