**Summary**:
- Provides administrative support at a senior level in coordination of activities and performs administrative functions which represent this position upon request; performs miscellaneous support services related to the general operation of the business. May be required to provide administrative support for multiple departments and/or sites.
**Principal Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Management of office utilities and services providers.
- Control of company assets issued to employees to include documentation and record keeping.
- Control of company workwear stocks including stock control and coordinating uniform for new employees
- Maintaining the office environment including stock supplies and displays
- Supporting with administration across all business functions as required
- Generating customer spend reports
- Supplier management ensuring correct paperwork and onboarding processes are followed
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of new employees.
- Data entry and analysis relating to employee timesheets and overtime
- Provides holiday cover for purchasing tasks including raising purchase orders and resolving invoice queries
- Gathers data and creates flow charts, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, interoffice memorandums, and documents in a professional manner.
- Schedules interviews, meetings, appointments, and trips; makes travel arrangements.
- Screens telephone calls and responds to requests.
- Opens, sorts and routes mail.
- Sales support including updating quotes, proposals and contracts and supporting
- Performs additional duties as assigned by Manager.
- Participates in the ATS Culture Initiative; continually improves processes; quantitatively monitors processes. Completes required quality core classes and uses skills and techniques presented. Uses The Core Values in work environment. Adheres to company/customer safety procedures.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies**:
- Five or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
- Must be a team player, organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise; must have outstanding people and communication skills for interaction with other team members, customers, and management; must have ability to work successfully with computers and software.
