**Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 5pm. No weekends or Bank Holidays**

We are now looking for a Cash and Treasury Assistant to provide administrative support to the Finance department on transactional and administrative duties.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Complete posting of daily bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
- Action posting and reconciling of daily POS transactions
- Process supplier payment runs
- Carry out banking of cheques and cash where applicable
- Provide team support to reconcile safe and cash accounts monthly
- Process pre-paid debit card top ups and producing spend reports for management
- Provide administrative support within the Finance team if required

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office skills (Excel in particular)
- Ability to influence, develop and maintain positive relationships
- Currently studying AAT (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience of accounting for multiple entities is desirable but not essential
- Prior use of Microsoft Business Central or Microsoft NAV is desirable but not essential
