Support Worker/care Assistant for Young Adults

**Enabling Futures Limited** are currently looking to recruit Full-Time (3 X 13.5 hr shifts per week) and Part-Time (2 x 13.5 hr shifts per week) **Residential Support Workers (Enablers) **to work in Millbrook House which is our home registered to look after adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, in particular ASD. We have three beautiful homes set within 10 acres of private grounds, providing a special place to live and to work.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and motivated team of Support Workers and to make a positive impact on the lives of our young adults. You will be responsible for the daily well-being of our service users, providing a caring and nurturing environment. The role also includes arranging and participating in activities and social events to promote positive social development.
It is desirable for applicants to have a background of working with children/young people/adults with learning difficulties and the challenging behaviours that are often associated with autism, although previous experience is not always essential as full training will be provided.
As well as a comprehensive training programme, staff will also be enrolled on a fully funded Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with the opportunity to progress to a Level 5 diploma.
