Reed HR are pleased to partner with an established but growing healthcare organisation, who currently seek an experienced HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Working within a small but busy HR function, you will focus primarily on recruitmentadministration and payroll database management.

This role is offered on a permanent basis, and this organisation are currently working on a hybrid basis, with c. 3 days spent in the organisations Cowley based offices.

The role will cover the following areas:

- Issuing offers of employment, drafting contracts of employment, sending the companies welcome pack
- Completing all pre-employment checks, including referencing, eligibility to work documentation, DBS checks
- Supporting the hiring managers with the induction process
- Monitoring of new starters probation dates, ensuring all probation reviews are completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring the company's HR database is maintained efficiently
- Inputting all new starters to the database, including bank details, P45's, new starter checklists
- Ensuring all leavers are processed accordingly
- Updating contractual changes, sending letters to reflect changes
- Absence administration, ensuring all leave is recorded accurately
- Notifying the external payroll provider of any changes
- Processing pension information

This is a varied and interesting HR Administration opportunity, which would represent an interesting development role for someone who is perhaps looking for their second position within HR, to gain experience within a new industry.

As this business is growing, it is expected that this role will progress in the long term, to become a more generalist HR position.

To be considered, you will have prior HR Administration experience within a busy, fast paced environment. You will be keen to develop a career within HR. You'll be a confident self starter, and be focused upon providing the best HR service possible.
