We have a temporary opportunity available for a **HR Administrator.** This role is based at **Unipart House, Garsington Road, Oxford OX4 2GQ.**
The hours for this role are **Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm/9:00am-5:00pm**(37.5 hours per week).
This is a**Band 3**role**,**paying**£11.14 per hour.**
**Duties to include**:
- Manage outlook diary to ensure the maximum amount of identity checks are available each day.
- Respond to general queries about recruitment in a timely manner and record outcomes in the notes section on TRAC.
- Regularly run reports from TRAC monitoring the number of identity checks that are waiting to be scheduled, slots booked and compliance against the KPI. Escalate concerns to the Talent and Recruitment Manager.
- Order adequate stocks of stationery to perform role.
**Skills required**:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills essential including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent telephone manner
